01 — Why IDA
A personal experiment about making culture feel like an everyday benefit.
I have always enjoyed thinking about cards, benefits and the systems behind them. IDA began as a way to combine that interest with cinema, music, festivals, museums and theatre — while giving me room to design my first complete HR dashboard.

02 — Framing
Not only a discount app. A two-sided culture programme.
Employee
Discovers what is happening nearby, uses special prices and manages a personal or family benefit.
Family circle
Eligible spouses, children, parents and grandparents receive their own access under the company plan.
People team
Onboards the company, enrols employees, assigns plans, handles changes and understands adoption.
03 — Discovery
Benchmarks became product principles, not a list of copied features.
I compared flexible-benefit cards, cultural memberships, ticketing products and wellbeing subscriptions. The recurring patterns were clear: simple eligibility, local relevance, transparent savings and autonomy for People teams.
For the MVP, I deliberately narrowed supply to São Paulo and five categories. This made the service concrete enough to map partner validation, family access and company administration without pretending the concept was already a national operation.

Local by design
São Paulo first, with city and neighbourhood filters.
Useful detail
Price, saving, date, place and validation before purchase.
Family autonomy
Separate access for each eligible person, without sharing credentials.
One benefit
Card balance and partner discounts live in the same experience.
05 — HR dashboard
The operational side deserved the same level of care.
The portal turns company onboarding, employee movement, plan rules and usage reports into a calm daily tool — not a decorative analytics screen.

06 — Personas and plans
Different families, different rhythms of cultural life.
Lia · 27
The explorer
Looks for independent cinema, concerts and plans close to the metro. Values discovery more than a large balance.
IDA PulsoRafael · 39
The organiser
Plans weekends with a partner and two children. Needs eligibility and total cost to be obvious.
IDA VivaMarina · 34
People partner
Manages a growing company and needs enrolment, plan changes and adoption signals without spreadsheets.

A recognisable identity
Ink and off-white structure the system; coral drives action, teal organises data and lavender appears only as support.
Playful, not childish
Graphic event art, rounded geometry and energetic microinteractions support the cultural tone.
States with context
Confirmation, pending and attention states always explain what happened and what comes next.
08 — Looking back
A one-month concept became a sharper test of product thinking.
What I tested
Designing both sides of a platform: an expressive consumer experience and a dense operational dashboard.
What changed in 2026
Figma Agent and Lovable helped me expand the original prototype, stress-test flows and build richer states in one focused day.
What remains conceptual
Partners, prices, company data and usage metrics shown here are illustrative. IDA has not launched commercially.
